These terms govern your use of bitesites.com (this website), operated by BiteSites of San Diego, California. By using this site you accept them. Client engagements are governed separately by the BiteSites client agreement; if anything here conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement wins.

Our content is our property

Everything on this site is the intellectual property of BiteSites and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws: the text, the design, the layouts, the graphics, the source code, the animations, and the 3D artwork and its choreography (except the third-party material credited in the footer's Attributions, which is used under its own license). All rights are reserved.

"BiteSites" and the BiteSites wordmark are trademarks of BiteSites. Nothing on this site grants any license to use them.

What you may and may not do

You are welcome to browse, read, quote briefly with attribution, link to this site, and index it for search or AI-assistant retrieval. You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute this site's design, code, copy, graphics, or 3D artwork, in whole or in part, or use them to build another website, template, or product
  • create derivative works from the site or its assets
  • misrepresent the origin of the site's content or remove any notice of ownership
  • interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any related system

We actively verify the provenance of our work, and unauthorized copies can be identified as such.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BiteSites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
